It’s the biggest night of the year in Nottingham student sport as the Pink and the Green collide once again in the ice hockey varsity showdown for the 21st year running.
Reigning champions NTU arrive hungry to extend their winning streak, while UoN return with unfinished business after last year’s 7–5 thriller.

The third period concludes
UoN regain the title, denying NTU a consecutive win through a huge 7-1 scoreline. It was a tough game but ultimately UoN were the stronger and more composed side.
Player of the match has to go to UoN’s Charlie Owen who dominated possession and advanced several shots on target. With two goals and two assists, his skills were superior on the ice.
