Notts Outlaws have reached a crunch point in their T20 Blast campaign as they meet much-fancied North Group rivals Lancashire Lightning at Trent Bridge.
After six of their 14 matches in the group stage, the Outlaws are behind where they would have expected to be, sitting seventh of nine teams in the North Group.
In similar fashion to their 2022 campaign, Notts have been unable to back up their opening win at home, labouring to defeats to Yorkshire Vikings and Worcestershire Rapids in the last few days and needing clear improvement in their bowling performances.
With fans calling for line-up changes and attendances slightly down on averages so far, the Outlaws will be under pressure for this fixture.
