Nottingham Varsity’s most highly-anticipated event returns as Nottingham Trent University and the University of Nottingham take to the ice on Bank Holiday Monday.
Ice hockey is a unique element of Varsity, with Nottingham fortunate to be the home of the National Ice Centre within the Motorpoint Arena.
Such great facilities are a tremendous asset and have played to countless classic encounters before, whether that’s from Nottingham Panthers, Team GB or our very own university teams.
With the 2022 Varsity score set at 6-3 to the University of Nottingham before the action begins, NTU will know they need a win to keep their hopes for the series alive.
